This is an easy intermediate piece to paint. Quite a versatile pattern that could be painted on various surfaces and it paints up quite quickly. Painted in acrylic paint. If you’re using a rusty piece, you can spray it with matte Krylon and it will set the rust and prevent it from bleeding through. If you hang rusty items outside in the damp weather they will start to rust through. If hanging out doors you will need to regularly spray a sealer or Krylon in order to preserve your painting.
