Well it's still a little chilly for this time of year. But SPRING is finally here!!!!!! How can you tell I'm glad to be done with winter. To get you all inspired I have added a new free down loadable painting pattern. It again is a pencil box, they are so quick to paint. And what we all like, cheap at the Dollar store. So if you are so inclined to paint, here's something quick. Check it out in the free patterns section on the front page under Menu.
I have also added a new funky pattern packet in the Garden section entitled Garden Junk. It is painted on nine small canvas's.
I think the animals are all ready for spring too. They are all starting to shed out their coats. I finally took the blankets off the horses. I have never had them on as long as this year. So here's to sunny days and working out in your garden!!!!!
Well today I thought I would talk a little about: How to generate more traffic to your web site? I was directed to linkreferral by a friend a week ago, maybe you've heard of it. They promise that if you follow all the steps you will generate traffic to your site. Since I signed up I have definitely seen an increase in the traffic. The only catch is they review your site and you review theirs, so it has not generated more sales as of yet. They do say though, that if you follow their daily quota for reviewing, posting and surfing it will bring your rank up higher on google. So I am giving it a try because hey it's free and it sounds sensible and not just another scam. If you are interested in checking it out here is my link:

Happy Surfing!
As I mentioned earlier I've had a blank for painting lately, but I think it is finally breaking. I find sometimes if I force myself to paint then I get all enthused again.
I am teaching a beginner's class right now and I think their enthusiasm for learning something new is rubbing off on me. I so enjoy that about teaching.
They were commenting on how thearpuetic painting can be. And we all can use that right now!
A small tip I was sharing with them tonight was if you soak your flat brush for 30 secs ( the only time I leave brushes in water) it helps absorb the water and makes floating much easier.
So if your having one of those creative blocks, why not invite a painting buddy over, bounce some ideas off each other and grab your brushes. Have fun! :)
